Has significant expertise delivering global transformation, operational improvement and change management initiatives.

Mr. Del Angel has a solid record of accomplishment of success working with
C-level executives in order to achieve operational improvements, cost optimization, revenue enhancements and change management.
He has worked with numerous industries including mining, healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, banking, insurance, retail, and construction.

Mr. Del Angel has substantial experience across large and mid-market companies with a solid background in operations, logistics, and
customer service.

For six years was Managing Director for Latin America for an International Consulting firm based in Santiago, Chile where he oversaw engagements in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Central America the Caribbean and Mexico, previous to that he was Senior Vice President of North America Operations.

Mr. Del Angel holds a Bachelors in Management from EMT Mexico.

He is fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.

With over ten years of experience in the structure, design, development and implementing educational experiences  for children and adults, she owns a solid international experience in such field, as well as in the educational design of performance development courses for digital learning platforms, targeted for students and employees for regional and overseas companies.

Known for implementing effective educational structures composed by educational techniques and strategies for a constructive learning experience, her main focus is to achieve a substantial behavioral change, targeted to leave a positive impact within the culture of organizations.

Her vast international experience has left a mark in several countries such as Chile, Mexico and USA.

Ms. Del Angel graduated from “Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey” in Mexico with a bachelors in education and a second bachelors in Law from “Universidad Panamericana” in Mexico as well.

Fernando Ávila Ponce

Mr. Ávila devoted his professional career working for Ford Motor Company in Mexico during 40 uninterrupted years, until his retirement in April, 2017.

He graduated as a M&E Engineer at Mexico’s National University, he later joined Ford as a College Trainee in Product Development where he rapidly acquired leading management responsibilities.
His commitment and passion were promptly recognized in support of his evolution within the commercial areas, where he demonstrated his business acumen with the creation and implementation of plans to achieve competitiveness and growth to par demanding automotive industry transformation times.

Mr. Ávila gained substantial expertise in sales, marketing and service through key leadership roles, which included work assignments in Michigan during four years. Among his major achievements, the integration of a marketing team that delivered and retained #1 industry sales of pick-ups and utilities stands out along with leading the transformation of Ford’s Vehicle Personalization business into a high-quality and efficient local and export operation.

Lastly, he led the Lincoln operation in Mexico, repositioning the brand for such needed awareness and recognition, resulting in consistent sales growth throughout each year and enhancements in overall business indicators that included dealer net process improvements and commitments to deliver differentiated products, services and customer experiences.

Mr. Ávila’s vast experience in the transformation of diverse business operations, along with the gained recognition for building and growing talented work team members and developing appreciative business relationships with dealers, suppliers and media is an unparalleled asset.
